Rental Property Investor
Experience: I started with 5 buy and hold condos. One in France, one in England and three in Dallas. I did one flip in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, one hard money loan and have recently bought two single family homes; one in Gainesville, TX and the other just outside of Denison, TX, one of which is a buy and hold and the other is a BRRR. After Covid calms down, I hope to move into multifamilies around DFW.
