I'm an investor in Chicagoland currently looking for 4-15 unit properties in need of light-medium renovation. Also pursuing laundromats and parking lots. I'm currently working at a financial service firm providing accounting services to clients, including real estate investment/hospitality clients. I previously worked for a design-build company where I handled all things money for 100+ unit apartment building remodels in downtown Chicago (among other building types and locations).
