My background is in banking. Right out of college I worked as a Commercial Lender in the Hutchinson/Wichita, KS market and focused heavily on 1-4 SFR Loans. Now I work for a financial tech company that caters to community banks. I am a real estate investor and own 1-4 Single Family homes throughout the Hutchinson area. Primarily focused on buy and hold but also like buying properties that need a slight remodel then refinancing and holding as rentals.
