Joseph Koenig

My name is Joseph Koenig, along with my delightfully profane wife Hollen we make up the dynamic duo often referred to as “Team Awesome”. We do a wide mix of things up to and including: Cooking for celebrities/billionaires/dignitaries in Aspen, Colorado, NFIP certified flood insurance adjusters, cyrtpo currency day traders, authors, entrepreneurs, and aspiring real estate investors. We are currently in the market for our first deal ! Having the investing power of DINK’s (Dual Income no Kids *snip-snip*) and the flexibility of working from wherever we choose (with the caveat that we need to be near an airport for work travel) we are searching for a location to begin our real estate empire! We are interested in learning all we can about house hacking, multi-family Brrrr concepts, and anything else involving building passive income/lasting wealth; we believe the best people are interesting and interested in everything.
