Joe Barletta

I am a full time real estate investor in the state of CT with over a 15 years of real estate experience. My areas of expertise include wholesaling, rehabbing, shortsale negotiation, REO’s, rentals, as well as holding a broker’s license and a Certified Distressed Property Expert – CDPE designation. Over the years, I have worked with and coached hundreds of students both nationally and on a local level to create dynamic changes in their lives and business. Prior to real estate I worked in a family construction business. Growing up on job sites from the age of 9 years old was a great segue into real estate. In 2000 I graduated from the University of Rhode Island and spent the next several years traveling abroad and freelancing (aka labor work). For enjoyment and past time its anything that gets the blood flowing, working hard, playing hard and spending time with my wife and son.​ Its a great life and real estate has provided me the tools to be able to live that lifestyle. There is no better way! :-)
