Joe Dimaio

I am a rental property investor in the Baltimore area. Originally from Ocean City, MD I relocated to Baltimore in the fall of 2013. Throughout college and the subsequent years, I apartment hacked which allowed me to live close to rent free. I purchased my first property in the fall of 2017. Currently, I’m house hacking and am in the market to purchase my next investment in 2020. My full-time job is shooting and directing commercials for DEWALT Tools. Through my job with DEWALT I’ve been able to make numerous contacts in the construction and property management industries. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and skiing. I also enjoy working on and restoring cars and woodworking. My current passion project is restoring a 1998 BMW M3 Convertible. I’d love to network with more local investors so please reach out if you feel so inclined.
