Real estate Investor specializing in Value Add/ BRRRR strategies. I have a education in architecture with over 25+ years of construction experience with 20 of those years self employed. The success I have had in investing thus far is because I am willing to take on all the opportunities most investors are afraid to touch because they don't have control of the construction process. Having full control of the construction process is a game change for my investment strategies. It allows me to be extremely creative/ aggressive on the build side while being cost effective. It also directs me to invest in high dollar areas with great success because we can produce a high quality product. The better the area the higher the return if purchased correctly. Now that I have added BRRRR/ holding to my strategy while keeping the same approach as my flips has proven to be a winning formula as well. I find the held properties are getting incredible apperception on the appraised side, very strong rents and since they are all fully renovated no maintenance issues so that keeps my CAPX way down for at least 7-10 years. I'm all about the infinite return With that said I'm very excited about joining the BP community and getting to know more individuals on the platform.
