Joe Gigliello

I have been active in real estate finance and lending for more than 30 years, originating more than $1 billion in financing throughout my career. My experience spans a variety of financing types, including mezzanine, rehab, construction and development lending. Prior to forming Pivotal Capital Group, I served as Managing Director for GMAC ResCap and also served as both a loan officer and project manager for Prudential Home Building Investors and several other private lenders throughout my career. I am a licensed broker by the California Bureau of Real Estate (License ID 00928813).
