Joe Gutmann

I am a real estate broker in Olympia Washington who was supply and logistics in the Marine Corps, was in the Washington State Air National Guard, and a Planning Technician with the City of Largo. I have a Pit named Shadow, have spent time in South East Asia and Europe, and am interested in Multi-Family properties for my personal investing. I also currently hold the Certified Floodplain Manager certification from my time in Largo, although I do not actively use it now that I am back in Washington.
