Hi All! My name is Joe, I started in March 2017 with a goal of acquiring four rentals within one year after a big loss following a divorce. As of August 9 I have just closed on rental number two and have a contract on rental number three so I am on track to meet my goal. I love this forum because I have learned so much about real estate investing. when I reach my four rental I think I will keep going and buy more!
