Joel Espinoza

Hello BP Community, my name is Joel Espinoza. I have a background in Hospitality Management but after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and finding Bigger Pockets, I became obsessed with Real Estate and personal development. Since then I completed an internship with Apartmentcorp, a large real estate acquisitions firm, did leasing at the property management company Modern Real Estate shop, received my sales license and am now doing full time sales with eXp Realty. My goal is to save every penny for the next years and reinvest it all in rental properties. My family and I partnered on a cash flowing Triplex in Barstow, Ca. (Not the best area but served as proof of concept and also gained valuable experience throughout the process) I enjoy exercising, playing sports, hiking, camping, and long distance motorcycle adventures. I am really thankful for everything BP provides. Love the podcasts! I look forward to interacting and learning from you all! See you at a SoCal Meet-up! Cheers!
