Active investor based in Denver, CO originally from Buffalo,NY. My primary goal is to build a portfolio of small multi-family properties for both short term and long term rentals using the BRRRR strategy. I will also consider flipping a property as an exit strategy if the numbers make sense. I am a licensed mechanical engineer who has spent the last decade designing/developing commercial real estate in NYC and other major metropolitan areas for some of the most recognizable companies in the world. I have relationships with architects, contractors, real estate developers and others within the industry. Willing to partner with other investors bringing equity, hustle, industry contacts and connections and an open mind to learn and try anything.
