I am a executive with a real estate developer and builder based out of Boca Raton, Florida. But that's not why I am here. On a personal level, I am part of the herd that lost everything in 2008. I've just started to invest again. I am here to build my Real Estate portfolio in a smart way. Not like I did during the 2000's. I live in Orlando, I’m divorced and blessed with 2 incredible daughters. One just graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University and the other is at Florida State University.
