Joel Unick

I am currently pursuing a business degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, but, after I graduate, I will look for a small-multifamily property in Des Moines to house hack then start building a real estate portfolio from there. I am also involved with tax lien investing in the state of Iowa. For now, learning as much as possible about real estate and connecting with people who are making it happen is my priority.
