About myself
Experience: First rental was a townhouse my wife and I bought as our first home. When we bought our second home in 1997 we converted the townhouse to rental. We currently own/manage 52 rentals. Mostly duplexes and townhomes. We still have the first townhouse we purchased. Real Estate Goals: Grow our portfolio and expand into multifamily and mobile home parks.
