Joe Morello

After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Business Management & Entrepreneurship in 2010, Joe Morello began working with Somerset Financial Group, Inc. (“SFG”) at their Boca Raton office. For over 11 years Joe worked beside SFG’s founder and CEO with the operations of the company’s real estate holdings, new acquisitions, and hard money lending. Joe gained invaluable experience during his time with SFG in the fractured condominium and multi-family sector, as well as hard money lending. Joe was closely involved with the acquisition and retail sellout of over 400 residential condominiums that SFG (and affiliates) owned in Palm Beach County, grossing over $70 Million in sales volume, as well as managing the day to day operations during the companies hold period, such as being an active board member at the Condominium Associations where SFG owned condo units, overseeing in-house leasing and sales activities, in addition to handling investor relations and working with the company’s attorneys and accountants. While at the same time, vetting/underwriting new hard money loan deals that would be presented for funding consideration, with loans ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000. Joe founded Dynasty Capital Group, Inc. and his Real Estate Brokerage Dynasty Capital Realty, LLC to pursue new business opportunities and real estate investments. Over the years Joe was able to establish a strong and trusted network of various professionals in the industry, giving him the resources to venture out on his own. With Dynasty Capital Group, Inc. and Dynasty Capital Realty, LLC, Joe is in pursuit of finding unique financing and real estate investment opportunities for his clients, lending partners and investors alike.
