Joe Massey

I am a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Economics and Business. I have been a lender since 2002; I have been recognized as a “Million Dollar Loan Officer” since 2007 and recognized by 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Mortgage Professional in from 2012 thru 2017. Joe was recently recognized by National Mortgage News as the #230 loan originator nationwide in 2015 and #202 loan originator nationwide in 2016. National Mortgage News ranked me in the top 1% of all originators nationwide for 2015 and 2016. Prior to working with residential mortgages, I was a commercial lender, underwriter and financial analyst which prepared me for my mortgage career and taught me the specifics of how to get loans approved and how to find the best terms for the customer. I now work as a Senior Loan Officer for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, a Billion Dollar mortgage lender based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In addition to my Loan Officer responsibilities, I co-manage the DTC office for Castle & Cooke Mortgage, which is our top office nationwide for the last 4 years and remains their top office for 2017 YTD. In partnership with Your Castle Real Estate, Pine Financial, First Alliance Title, Denver Association of Real Estate Investors and other investment groups, I have closed hundreds of loans for both experienced and first-time investors and I continue to contribute to the investment community with my monthly presentations on financing options for investors.
