Joe Nagle

My name is Joe. I'm located in the lower part of bucks county. I'm trying to network and find a few passionate investor, lenders, contractors in the area. I currently have several real estate properties, and always looking for more. My primary passion is buying rehabs and renting. I've flipped a few houses, but would like to stay more focused in the rental market. Not saying if the opportunity is great in the next flip I wouldn't tackle it. 2 things I've learned in my short time in real estate. 1. Never fall in love with a property, nothing but bad will come into it. 2. Numbers don't lie, this is nothing more than a numbers game. Lets connect and work together!
