About myself
I want to buy my FIRST Multi-Family (2-4 units) within the next 6 months. I am a Veteran and not sure if the VA will work based on the need to buy a fixer-upper. I am reading and educating myself about the BRRR Concept, and i like the idea of buying and holding. I am not looking for a good deal, i am looking for the BEST deal. If you in the area flipping or wholesaling and want to talk to me about a deal, I am ready to buy.
