About myself
I am brand new to real estate investing. I am looking for a reliable, experienced mentor. My current goal is to produce passive income through rental properties. I would like to work my way into commercial real estate/multi unit properties. I Just bought my very first residential property (01/19/2021). My goals are ambitious, but from what I understand very attainable. I am a highly motivated, young individual who is determined to make things happen. Goals: 1 year: BRRRR first (1) property 3 year: BRRRR six (6) properties 5 year: BRRRR ten (10) properties and one (1) 10+ unit apartment. I currently own and operate one small company with 12 employees. This is my full time job/primary source of income. I am looking to gain financial freedom through real estate investing and owning businesses with positive cash flow/high margins.
