Joseph Picarella

I am a native of Southern California and have been actively pursuing a career as a real estate investor since 2006. I launched my first company, Phenix Investment Capital, at the end of 2014 and in 2015 my partners and I merged with another company in Chicago to form Third Coast Partners, LLC. We now focus our investments in the southeast neighborhoods of Chicago with a goal of creating profit while revitalizing certain areas of the city.
