I'm a residential redeveloper looking for both buy-and-holds and rehabs for retail. Experience: I've owned investment property since 2003. In the past year, I rehabbed 10 homes including 4 rental properties that were BRRRR'd. Real Estate Goals: I plan on adding 6-8 doors to my rental portfolio in 2018 using the BRRRR method as well as 4-6 rehabs to sell retail. I'm also looking for solid investment opportunities to help others. Currently Seeking: I prefer small multi-unit properties (2-4 units) but will certainly entertain single family homes as well (especially for rehabs).
