I am a home owner living in Texas, just started investing in buy and hold properties, our first being a BRRR strategy. My wife and I are in our 30's and want to plan for our future, and our retirement. I currently work in IT as a level 3 video engineer. Life is Good. Experience: I own three rental properties in the DT area of Indianapolis. I am looking to stay in this city for rentals for the foreseeable future. Real Estate Goals: I have heard many good things about the market in Indianapolis. That is where I grew up and have most of my family there. That is where we'd like to invest. Very loose, and still changing goals: -Purchase 5 rentals - 3/5 complete -make $150+ cash flow after ALL expenses, per door, from any rental investment. -Analyze markets around Indy, network with more investors to find the perfect 3rd investment property.
