About myself

I'm a mortgage broker and real estate investor based in the Phoenix metro area, currently licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Ohio, Florida, and Texas. Over my career in mortgage I've closed 300+ loans and over $89 million in volume — starting as a loan officer and eventually making the move to become a broker so I could actually shop the market for my clients instead of selling one lender's product. On the investing side, I own three properties in Arizona — a long-term rental, a short-term rental, and my primary residence in Tempe. I'm in the process of acquiring a new primary in Mesa, which will convert my current home into a third rental. I finance my investment properties the same way I structure deals for clients — DSCR where the numbers support it, conventional where they don't. My focus markets are Tempe, Scottsdale, and Mesa. I'm building a portfolio that cash flows, scales without relying on my personal income to qualify, and doesn't depend on perfect market timing to work. On the broker side, I work with investors across Arizona and several other states who are trying to add doors without getting stuck on DTI, documentation, or lenders who don't understand how rental income actually works. DSCR, bank statement, asset-based, VA — if the deal makes sense, there's usually a product for it. If you're buying in the Phoenix metro, scaling a rental portfolio, or trying to figure out which loan structure fits your next move — feel free to connect. 📞 (480) 605-1881 📧 [email protected] NMLS #1922227 | Bonelli Financial Group | Company NMLS #2621584
