I'm a full time UPS driver by day, Super Hero by night. Yet I still find time to invest and help people invest in their future of financial independence. Experience: I've been investing since 2000. I guess I would be considered a 'Buy & Hold' investor but I have been part of four fix and flip projects this past year. I own four single family homes and a duplex with my business partner and twin brother. I'm a UPS driver by trade. I also hold my realtors license with CNMR Group in Torrance CA. where I work with buyers, sellers, and fix and flip investors. I belong to L.A South REIA here in Torrance where we have built a great network of friends in all areas of the Real Estate business. Our objective is to find, fund, fix, and flip single family homes and small multi family apartments. We pride ourselves in producing a quality product for the end buyer while making money for everyone involved in the process. Real Estate Goals: Long term I'd like to acquire a large multi unit complex or commercial property. Currently Seeking: I'd like to help people buy and sell homes.
