I am a Panama City Florida Native, I began my investing career after my hometown was nearly wiped out by Cat 5 Hurricane Michael. It’s been a whirlwind for sure we (my wife Carly and I) have done 10 deals mostly Brrrr in the past two years. I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and as of January 2021 I am now a full time real estate investor and my wife left her job of ten years back in July to become a realtor leveraging her previous relationships she has sold 8 million in her first six months! To say we have gone all in is an understatement. I look forward to increasing our portfolio at a supercharged pace in the near future. Cheers Joey
