Especially buy and hold and tax sales but curious as I am i'm always up for something new. Mostly focusing on the Indianapolis area. Experience: Owning a single family in Indiana aswell as being part of an investor group that owns three more rental properties in Indianapolis. Also have one rental unit and doing a live-in flip in Norway . Real Estate Goals: My goal is to have enough cash flow to provide for my family and to retire from work going all-in on real estate. Currently Seeking: Seeking financing opportunities in Indianapolis. Private lenders that are willing to do long-term lending and/or banks that are willing to work with a foreign investor.
