I started investing in real estate about 15 years ago. I financed my first duplex down payment with a promotional rate on a credit card. My biggest issue was finding enough money to do deals. Since then I have been trying to learn the no or low money down techniques. I am interested in finding new and better ways to expand my current real estate portfolio. I currently have 16 units in 8 properties. I am renovating an 11 unit in a small Nebraska market. I am about 2 months away from having my second flip ready to sell. I would love to quit my job to be a full time investor. I currently work full time and I am involved in many activities that include coaching, volunteering, and local government. My favorite hobbies are golf and snow skiing.
