Hello All. I am a PhD chemist and MBA (finance/operations) graduate who has decided it is time to stop playing the stock market and get into real estate. Recent transplant to Denver from San Fran so probably moving from toughest investment property market to next toughest LOL. After 10 years of always having the desire in the back of my mind, I have finally decided its time to move from wanting to doing.
