Left for college in 1985 and started renting: one year off then one on-campus dorms, then three years sharing apartments, then turned a one bedroom living room rental apt into card shop for three yrs. Then off to Japan renting tiny shoeboxes, finally worked up to an apartment then back to a trailer behind the parents house, then another flat then studio in grad school... After the Great Financial Crisis, left to Vegas to rent a two bedroom, then to Oregon into a townhouse, then rented a apt conversion condo then back to the townhouse comm, then back to mom's for a few months, then back to Vegas into my 1st ever Single Family Home rental at 55! Chasing the American Dream for almost 40 years I'm getting really close to my first home... Thank you for your help, John
