John Akhlaghi

I am currently going into my second year at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville Florida for accounting. As in regards to my, career, I would like to acquire my real estate license soon, acquire my CPA after I finish college, and from there decide to go to law school to become a real estate attorney in Florida. I am currently looking to work under an investor as a virtual assistant. My strength is that I am not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to anyone and it is something that I enjoy doing. I would also like to assist in flips to acquire some hands-on experience in learning how to rehab a property. My goal is also to meet and or interview every author from the books I read that are still alive. So far in regards to real estate that would be Scott Trench from the book "Set for Life," Robert Kiyosaki from "Rich Dad Poor Dad," and Brandon Turner from "The Book on Rental Property Investing." As in regards to my Youtube channel, I would like to connect with people that are college students that own their own business, people that are into personal finance and real estate, and people that own their own business. Lastly, in regards to investing, I am still unsure what my long term goals are, but I know that I currently would like to invest in apartments and apartment buildings. I currently have one deal that is a three bed and two bath that is 1,499 square feet and it is a student rental in Jacksonville, Florida.
