Rental Property Investor
I'm a buy and hold investor in NE Pennsylvania. I've got 2 duplexes under my belt currently, Both financed with traditional mortgages. I am looking for opportunities to produce "passive" income with as much sweat equity as I can spare. Interested in creative financing. Open to JV partnerships.
