Hello there BP world! I am a young man who has been on a few setbacks in life, but understands that there are opportunities and lessons that can be taken from temporary defeat to make greater promises in the future. I am new to the realm of Real Estate Investing in the Memphis, TN region; however, am very keen in advancing my foundation in knowledge and then action. Currently my main means of entree relates to Wholesaling to get my foot in the door, and would love to garner as much knowledge as possible from experienced investors in the market to advance myself. Experience: Brand new Investor with no current experience other than the knowledge I am learning through BP and other resources. Real Estate Goals: Short-term I want to create a vehicle of capital that can pay down current debts and build the foundation of future wealth. Long-term goals are owning properties that generate positive cashflow, establishing options into my financial portfolio, and using real estate to to fund other streams of income.
