Johnathan Silva

My name is Johnathan Silva. I am a licensed REALTOR in the state of Nebraska. I have helped families buy pre-existing homes, new construction, and investors purchase investment property. I'm at the point in my career where I may begin working with a builder to sell their product. By doing so, this may open up some time for my family and I to begin our journey investing in real estate. As I grow in this lifestyle, I would like to own several rental properties (both in Omaha, NE and my home town of San Antonio, TX). After several successful rental renovations, I plan to work towards flipping a few foreclosures and then picking back up in the rental market.
