Hello, I have been investing in real estate in WA since 2004. I follow a buy and hold investment strategy focusing on multifamily properties. I understand the desire to grow quickly but it's not my style. In order to minimize risk I have expanded slowly over time with a focus on the cash on cash return. I have been reading the the forums for quite awhile. I have found it very interesting and informative seeing others perspectives analyzing investments. Experience: Currently own and operate 42 units across a multi family portfolio in Wa. Real Estate Goals: Grow portfolio of multifamily properties to 100 doors. Currently Seeking: Looking for multi family properties in Snohomish county. Prefer value add opportunities with anywhere for 4-20 units but open to all options.
