I'm a U.S. Army veteran currently working as a military contractor. I live in central North Carolina, but spend most of my time working outside of the country. I am married and have one daughter. I’m interested in investing in rental properties and am primarily concerned with cash flow. My goal is to transition out of my current job and get full time into real estate by 2025.
