I buy houses. I also have a background in retail banking, mortgage lending and real estate investing. I have a love for real estate and building/development (rehab/design) from a wealth-building and investment point of view. Wholesaling, rehabbing, creative financing and development, the wife and I have done a little bit of everything when it comes to real estate investing. We currently have several rental properties in the Springfield, MO area, but are always looking to expand. We are not shy about out-of-state deals as we self-manage our portfolio that way now.
