We reside in Boise, Idaho and in pursuit of wealth creation through self storage. We have over 16 years of property management experience. In the 90's we owned a condo in San Diego for about 7 years (5 as a rental) and we also managed a 22 unit apartment building for 9 years. Thankfully in all those years we never had an eviction due to a very thorough screening process combined with prayer :) I've had a few careers with experience in construction (new and rehab), sales (luxury cars and windows), music pastor and self employment. I was self employed working from home the last couple of years selling premium car emergency kits (with survival gear) through our business AutoClubHero up until April when I took a job with Dreamstyle Remodeling (#1 Remodeler in US 2018 & 2019) as a design consultant for window and door replacements specifically (Pella & ProVia). My wife was a lead surgical assistant in oral surgery for over 15 years, but is now loving her new career as a nanny (less stress and same pay :). We love the outdoors, sports cars (well, mostly me), horses (mostly her) reading, spending time with family, friends and looking for opportunities to help others in need. We've rekindled our passion for real estate entrepreneurship and business ownership because we've found them to be the best two vehicles for: 1. Cash Flow 2. Tax Benefits 3. Wealth Creation 4. And to just get money working for us instead of the other way around! We would love to make like minded connections through BiggerPockets!
