I am a 54 year old married father of 3 grown children. I'm tired of working for other people, and my plan is to switch to full time real estate work within the next 2 years. I am just about to finish up a salesperson pre-licensing course and i plan on taking the New Jersey State exam shortly thereafter. Once I have passed my New Jersey Exam, I plan on taking the Pennsylvania exam as well. I want to learn all I can about the different avenues for real estate investing so that I can further define my plans.
