I have a beautiful wife, little boy, and baby girl. I am an industrial mechanic/electrician/plumber/technician in Princeton, IN. I have 6 rental units spread across a duplex, SFH, and a commercial building with 3 offices and an unfinished 4000 sf area upstairs. I have done 2 flips. I have a full-time job working 3 days a week so I have plenty of time and ambition to make new deals. Looking for deals in Southwestern Indiana. I like doing single family flips. I am looking to invest long-term in multifamily properties, 4 units and larger.
