My wife and I live in Atkinson NH (Southern NH). We have lived here are entire life. We fell in love with Real Estate Investments when we bought our house and renovated it. My wife started working for her fathers construction company (general contractor). This enables us to receive great rates on subbing out jobs, around our investment properties. We turned our $260k cottage on the lake purchase with 70k in renovations in 6 months (put second level) and now it got appraised for $750k. A lot of it was luck with timing, favors, and knowing the area, but that enabled us to receive a 210k equity loan, to put down of future investments. I joined bigger pockets to establish relationships, learn about the business, and find creative ways in investing, to become financially independent and spend more time with my family. Focus is on flipping, buy and hold, and developements I am open to partnering on projects, or just grabbing a coffee to network.
