John Dirgo Deweese

I grew up in Colorado, the last of 6 children, the son of a mortgage broker father and a real estate broker mother. So, its kind of like real estate is in my blood. However, I moved professionally into the high-tech world. When I was 25 I moved to Alabama and worked on the "Star Wars" missile project for a while. After 10 years in Alabama, David and I made the move to the Big Island of Hawai. Sixteen years later, we've adopted a son and moved to Washington. Experience: I have always invested in real estate over the years. I hate that I ever sold any of them. We've had a variety of rental houses and are looking to acquire some again. Real Estate Goals: We will be acquiring a variety of rental properties for a diversified portfolio. Eventually we want something we can leave to our son - and that will help fund our active retirement. Currently Seeking: Looking for investor clients and team members (lenders, escrow, insurance, lawyers, etc). Seeking flippable or BRRR-able properties in Grays Harbor.
