Happily married with 3 kids. I have big dreams that fuel my motivation. Financial independence and freedom of time are what has fueled my fire from the beginning. I went from 2 wholesale deals in 2013 to this past year we purchased 71 units and are currently holding over 150 rental units! We are also flipping 50 houses per year for income. Our goals are as follows: -To improve our community by improving properties and growing our company to hire and support more internal and external customers -Create a fantastic place for people to work where they can grow professionally as well as personally -Give our tenants an affordable, clean and safe place to live while providing the best possible customer service! -Create win-win situations with sellers We are ethically and morally driven and we only want to succeed if we can help others in doing so. I created a company called Take Action Real Estate where I can share my knowledge and experience with other investors. A few year ago I took on some one-on-one coaching students, and as much as I enjoyed helping them in their investing journey, I just ran out of time and steam to continue coaching one-on-one. For the last couple years I have been trying to think of a way to help the people who approach me while not having to give up my time running my business. Take Action Real Estate is the solution that me and my partner came up with! We have a podcast that people can listen to, we write frequent blog posts to help guide people in the right direction, and we have a FB group that people can join to ask us questions directly! Experience: I purchased my first home as a foreclosure and rehabbed back in 2009. I began wholesaling in October of 2013 and really enjoyed learning as much as I could. I started with a 200 pc mailer and a $10 website. In less than 4 years we went from one property at a time to currently we are buying 6-8 properties per month. We now have 4 full time employee and 2 part time employees working for us in different capacities. I have extensive experience in marketing. I am always trying to learn more about marketing and implement new channels into our business. I have taken on a few select coaching students as well. My coaching revolves around marketing and attracting motivated sellers. Real Estate Goals: In May of 2015 I reached my biggest goal to Date, and that was to quit my day job so I could be a Full Time Real Estate Investor. Our business goals for 2018 are to flip 50 houses at an average of $30k profit per flip as well as end the year with a total of 200 rental units. Right now we are at 120 units owned and managed. My long term goal is to have 500 doors at $300+ cash flow per door so that I can enjoy my family, friends, travel and anything else we want to do. I want to be debt free in 3 years from now including my primary residence. Currently Seeking: I love to network with anyone in the industry who has something to share. I am intrigued by all facets of real estate and can't learn enough. I am truly a student of marketing and I enjoy learning about different techniques as well as all the different channels of marketing.
