John Franczyk

I am the Director of Strategy at Bison Real, Inc. Our target markets include a 5-county territory in southern and eastern Wisconsin. We have two lines of business. Our first focuses on properties that may be tied up in probate or other legal processes (e.g. divorce) and providing rapid liquidity for individuals who seek to sell those properties to settle estates or asset distribution plans. Our second involves developing a portfolio of rental properties that will generate regular cash flow.
