I’m right outside of Charlotte NC. I’m interested in multi-family properties. I’ve have single family houses in CA and would like to move away from those. I’m looking for cashflow and not appreciation. Still learning about the MFRs and this seems to be a great place to gather info. So far the Pro members on here have been great!
