Hi, My name is John. I'm from Brainerd, MN. I originally found this website searching for answers about investing. I have been learning about wholesaling, buy and hold, and it seems like I learn something new every day. I have been investing in Rentals since 2011. In the current day and age I am working on scaling and building a rental portfolio that will support life without the day to day grind. I love building relationships and learning from other investors as well as adding value to them. I am also a licensed realtor in the state of MN. Experience: I bought my first rental in 2011 and became hooked from then on. Currently we have 63 doors and am always searching for more. Real Estate Goals: Simple. Go big! Large apartment buildings is the next space that we want to move into. Currently Seeking: I love networking with other landlords and investors to share insights with each other. A mentor would be awesome too on the large-scale apartments as I feel I can always learn something new.
