I have worked in real estate for over 25 years -- most recently for myself. Prior work experiences include positions at Hines, JPMorgan, Blackacre Capital, and Contrarian Capital. In terms of my own deals, I have purchased, developed, and sold STR's in Costa Rica. I'm also an active real estate securities investor, buying RE stocks when their current stock price implies a big discount to prevailing private market value of the company's assets.
