I live in Courtenay, in the Comox Valley, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. I've bought 2 buy and hold single family rental properties, one in Toronto which I've sold, and one in Courtenay, BC. I have also joint ventured on a rental property in Grande Prairie, AB. I'm interested in getting more involved in real estate and hard money lending.
