I love the war zones. I look for the worst houses in the most crime ridden area and take that and polish it up and watch it grow equity. I spend a lot of time researching what areas will turn. One of my favorite pastimes is showing people how to get into RE and make money. Without a doubt my second favorite it finding people that say my area will never turn around and proving that it can.
