I spent more than a decade as a critical care PA before real estate took over. My first deal was a duplex outside Atlanta, and I have been buying ever since. I invest in Atlanta and the cities around it, plus North Carolina and Arizona, where I have partners I trust. My wholesale company sources the flips and buy and holds. Commercial is where most of my time goes now. I own an office building in College Park with about 35 executive suites, a 48,500 square foot multi tenant industrial building in Smithfield with NNN tenants, an office in Sun City, and self storage, including a conversion in Macon. My newest is a half vacant building in Randleman, bought with a seller leaseback. Every deal gets its own LLC and a small group of partners. No syndications.
